Payment Method

We accept Visa, MasterCard®, CashOnDelivery

At Dynamic Express, we aim to make your shopping experience as smooth and secure as possible. Please review our payment policy below before placing your order.

We currently accept the following payment options:


Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard)

All transactions are processed securely, and we do not store your payment information.


Once you have done a bank transfer, please send a screenshot of the transaction via WhatsApp (876-850-2267).


💼 Payment Terms

Full payment is required at checkout to process and ship your order. Orders will not be processed or shipped until payment is confirmed. For custom orders, 50% deposit is required upfront before we begin creating your item.


💵 Currency

All prices are listed in [JMD], and all transactions are processed in that currency.


📧 Payment Confirmation

After your purchase, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details and receipt.


Delivery Methods

No SAME DAY delivery for Kingston


Once your location is NOT in Portmore, Spanish town and Kingston zone then your package will be shipped via knutsford express or zipmail.


Shipping takes 1-5 Days depending on your order and location for Delivery.

Product Exchange

At Dynamic Express, we want you to love what you wear! If your order isn’t quite what you expected, we’re happy to offer an exchange.


🔄 Exchange Guidelines

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and sent back within 3 days of delivery. Exchanges are only accepted for equal or lesser value items. If the new item is of lesser value, the difference will remain to add to your other purchase in the future. Customize pieces are final sale and cannot be exchanged.


💌 How to Request an Exchange

Email us at [dynamicexpress67@gmail.com] with your order number and the item you’d like to exchange. We’ll confirm availability of the replacement item and provide return instructions. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll ship your new item within 3–5 business days.


🚚 Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please use the same shipping method when sending your item back to ensure safe delivery.


❗Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged or isn’t what you ordered, contact us within 3 days of delivery. We’ll replace it right away, no extra charge.
